These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through the Ulvarys website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

All sales are made by Ulvarys Ltd, registered in England & Wales.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing displayed on our website are accurate and up to date. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies at any time, including after an order has been placed.

Our products are food supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Results may vary from person to person.

3. Placing an Order

By placing an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price. Your order constitutes a binding agreement only once you have received an order confirmation email from us.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of:

Ulvarys Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all orders. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of your delivery date.

A £9.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Please refer to our Returns and Refund Policy for full eligibility conditions and the return process.

8. Promotional Codes and Discounts

Promotional codes and discounts are subject to their own specific terms and conditions. Only one promotional code may be applied per order unless otherwise stated. Codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied retrospectively to completed orders.
